Instructions
- Thaw.
- Bring water to boil and cook pasta for 8-9 minutes, set aside.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to pan and cook cod on Medium high heat for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer cod to serving platter and cover.
- Add sauce packet to same sauté pan. Simmer for 7-10 minutes
- Add cod back to pan and mix into sauce. Cod will break up.
- Next, add cooked angel pasta to pan and toss all together.
