- Thaw Meat
Slow Cooker
- Full - add 1 c. Water Half - add 1/2 c. Water
- Empty pork tenderloin bag into crock pot
- add water and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Over
- Bake - Pre-heat oven to 350. Place tenderloin in oven with water and bake until cooked through, about 35-45 minutes.
