  1. Thaw.
  2. Cook seasoned shrimp in 1 Tbsp. of oil in skillet over medium heat until shrimp is pink.
  3. Meanwhile cook pasta on stove until done and drain.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. Add sauce bag to skillet and warm through.
  6. Toss sauce with pasta and parmesan.
  7. Place shrimp on bed of pasta and serve.
