  1. Thaw.
  2. Empty coconut breading onto plate. Coat both sides of fillets with breading.
  3. In large skillet with 2 Tbsp. of oil, brown fillets over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
  4. OR, bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  5. Steam veggies separately.
