Grill
- Slow thaw refrigerator
- Stovetop: In large pot bring white liquid packet and rice to a boil together; cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until all liquid is absorbed-approx. 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat grill to medium high.
- Add sauce packet to saute pan and heat on low heat.
- Place chicken on grill and discard marinade left in baggie. Grill each side approximately 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
Oven
- Remove chicken from marinade. Place in a sprayed baking pan, discarding marinade left in large baggie.
- Pour red sauce packet over chicken, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over prepared rice.
