Instructions
- Thaw.
- Place whitefish on broiler sheet coated w/nonstick spray
- Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Remove from oven & cover w/cheese mixture.
- Broil 2 more minutes, or until fish flakes easily, careful not to over cook fish.
