  1. Thaw.
  2. Place whitefish on broiler sheet coated w/nonstick spray
  3. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
  4. Remove from oven & cover w/cheese mixture.
  5. Broil 2 more minutes, or until fish flakes easily, careful not to over cook fish.
