  1. Slow thaw in refrigerator.
  2. Place 1 piece of cheddar on each chicken breast. Roll up chicken from narrow end. Secure with toothpick.
  3. Place in baking dish and smother with sauce baggie.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
