Instructions
- Thaw.
Oven
- Pre-heat Broiler.
- Place cakes on a sprayed cookie sheet and broil uncovered for 4 minutes.
- Turn over and broil for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
Stovetop
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry crab cakes for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
