Instructions
- Slow thaw in refrigerator
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 T. vegetable oil.
- Remove ground chicken from plastic wrap and place in wok or skillet.
- Break up with a spatula. When chicken starts to brown (it will give off some water), add veggie packet and cook with chicken until chicken is cooked through.
- Add cooking sauce packet and simmer until thick. Avoid overcooking.
- Serve with lettuce that you provide and dipping sauce (in small plastic container).
