Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator.
- Drain fish and pat dry.
- Coat fish thoroughly in flour and shake off excess. Dip in egg. Shake in breadcrumb bag until completely coated.
Oven
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes.
Stove
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fish for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve chilled dipping sauce on the side.
