Thaw in refrigerator.
Drain fish and pat dry.
Coat fish thoroughly in flour and shake off excess. Dip in egg. Shake in breadcrumb bag until completely coated.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook fish for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve chilled dipping sauce on the side.
