Slow thaw in refrigerator
In a large saute pan add vegetable or olive oil to cover the bottom of pan.
Heat oil for 1 minute on medium high heat.
Place a chicken breast in baggie and shake to lightly coat, add to skillet and repeat with all chicken breasts.
Cook 3 minutes on each side; do NOT overcook. Transfer chicken to serving platter and cover.
Add sauce packet to same saute pan, scraping any brown bits into sauce. Heat through. Pour sauce over chicken.
