Instructions
  1. Slow thaw in refrigerator.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, brown beef in 1 tsp. of oil.
  3. Add salsa mixture and simmer on low covered for 20-40 minutes.
  4. Warm rice in microwave and serve beef over rice.
