Instructions
- Thaw.
- Empty coconut breading onto plate. Coat both sides of fillets with breading.
- In large skillet with 2 Tbsp. of oil, brown fillets over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
- OR, bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Steam veggies separately.
