Grill
  1. Slow thaw refrigerator
  2. Stovetop: In large pot bring white liquid packet and rice to a boil together; cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until all liquid is absorbed-approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile heat grill to medium high.
  4. Add sauce packet to saute pan and heat on low heat.
  5. Place chicken on grill and discard marinade left in baggie. Grill each side approximately 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
Oven
  1. Remove chicken from marinade. Place in a sprayed baking pan, discarding marinade left in large baggie.
  2. Pour red sauce packet over chicken, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve over prepared rice.
