Instructions
  1. Slow thaw in refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 400. Remove chicken from bag and place on a greased cookie sheet or shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle approx. 1 teaspoon bacon bits on each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
  6. Sprinkle approx. 1/4 cup mozzarella on each chicken breast.
  7. Bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
