Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon and Mozzarella
Slow thaw in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400. Remove chicken from bag and place on a greased cookie sheet or shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle approx. 1 teaspoon bacon bits on each chicken breast.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle approx. 1/4 cup mozzarella on each chicken breast.
Bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
