Instructions
  1. Thaw.
  2. Cook chicken thoroughly in 1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter in large skillet over med-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat & add corn salsa mixture and simmer for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
  4. If you have left overs, cut chicken into strips and add tortillas for a great fajita.
