Instructions
- Thaw.
- Cook chicken thoroughly in 1 Tbsp. olive oil or butter in large skillet over med-high heat.
- Reduce heat & add corn salsa mixture and simmer for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
- If you have left overs, cut chicken into strips and add tortillas for a great fajita.
