Instructions
  1. Thaw.
  2. Place tilapia on greased baking sheet.
  3. Brush with pesto mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, warm tomato vinaigrette in small sauce pan.
  5. Serve sauce over tilapia.
