Instructions
  1. Thaw.
Oven
  1. Pre-heat Broiler.
  2. Place cakes on a sprayed cookie sheet and broil uncovered for 4 minutes.
  3. Turn over and broil for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
Stovetop
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry crab cakes for approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
