Instructions
  1. No thawing necessary.
  2. Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a skillet over moderately high heat.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of salsa butter to the oil and allow to melt.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through, turning once.
  5. Drizzle fish and veggies with vinaigrette before serving.
